We started Clapperton Labs to work inside it. The bridge is measurement: benchmarks and evaluations that turn “it seems better” into “it is better, and here’s the proof.” That’s the difference between AI you can demo and AI you can ship.

Theo Clapperton · Founder
Clapperton Labs was founded by Theo Clapperton, a technical lead and engineering manager who has spent his career shipping production software at national scale — award-winning platforms in healthcare and systems running in retail across the UK.
His recent work is in applied AI: building multi-agent LLM systems and guiding responsible AI adoption inside a regulated healthcare business. Clapperton Labs is where that experience goes to work for other teams — the same standards of correctness, measurement and delivery, applied to your hardest problems.
